Well, the "3D Analog" controller was preceded by the Mission Stick, a flight-stick type controller. There was also a racing wheel for the Saturn. Standard fare, eh? Of course, there's also the Twin Stick designed specially for Virtual On. fff.
The "Virtua Stick" naming scheme tends to be confusing for stores, because most US folks think of the US-Brand "Virtua Stick" which is similar to an SNES Advantage in style, while the ones most people actually -want- resemble Japanese arcade control panels. There's also the Hori Fighting Stick SS, which I have, and a line of ASCII fighting sticks for the Saturn. None of these have a consistent button layout. I've also seen on eBay a few listings for a "Real Arcade VF", a stick with only 3 buttons, seemingly designed specially for Virtua Fighter games.
Also, obviously enough the RAM Upgrade adapters for key games - an important enough feature that the Action Replay 4M duplicates it, a must for playing [whatever] VS. Street Fighter.
Also, for games like Guardian Heroes, there was a multi-tap for really large multiplayer action.
